The accessories are affixed to the insert between the insert and one or more of the plurality of walls of the sleeve to maintain a position of the accessories for display through the sleeve. Cutouts and/or windows of transparency and/or translucency in one or more of the plurality of walls of the sleeve allow a purchaser to view the contents of the sleeve.
