According to one aspect, the method for fabricating a display device includes forming a first element unit including a first reflector layer, a light emitting part and a common electrode on a lower substrate, and forming a second element unit including a floating electrode, a photocurrent layer and a signal electrode on the first element unit. A third element unit is formed on the lower substrate. The third element unit includes a second reflector layer connected with the floating electrode and also a second light emitting part and a second floating electrode disposed on the second reflector layer.
