The high-side rectifying elements are held by a plurality of high-side cooling fins, while the high-side rectifying elements are held by a plurality of low-side cooling fins. By way of example, the plurality of high-side cooling fins are disposed to be apart from each other by a predetermined distance and the plurality of low-side cooling fins are disposed to be apart from each other by a predetermined distance.
