A piston has a piston housing and a piston extension connecting in telescopic connection to the piston housing. The piston housing is connected to the bottom bracket at a bottom bracket mounting rib ball joint. The door bracket extension extends from the door bracket. A connection between the door bracket extension and the piston connector is a door bracket extension ball joint. An intermediate connector is connected to the door bracket at an intermediate door bracket joint, wherein the intermediate door bracket joint is a swivel joint. The top bracket is connected to the intermediate connector at a top bracket axle.
