The insulated wire has a wire conductor and an insulating layer covering an outer periphery of the wire conductor. The shield layer is formed from tinsel-coppers. Each of the tinsel-copper has a core string and a copper foil provided around the core string. The reinforcing layer is formed by braiding fibers.
