This makes it possible to realize a measurement data communication device and an information acquiring device, each of which (i) expresses, with one code, attributes to a plurality of measurement items of measurement data, for each measurement device; (ii) employs a different code system according to a type of measurement device; (iii) allows for free addition of a new measurement item; and the like.
