The system includes a swivel control section which is configured to control an irradiating direction of a lamp so as to follow a steering angle of a steering wheel of a vehicle, a filter section which is configured to change a following response of a change of the irradiating direction with respect to a change of the steering angle, and a filter control section which is configured to control the filter section to decrease the following response when an angular acceleration of the steering angle is greater than or equal to a reference value.
