The power switch is disposed on the stand or the display panel and electrically connected to the location adjusting mechanism. The biometric verification device is disposed on the stand or the display panel and electrically connected to the power switch. The biometric verification device identifies a biometric datum to activate the location adjusting mechanism via the power switch so as to drive the display panel to move relative to the stand according to the biometric datum.
