The imaging device unit includes: an imaging device comprising a surface on which an optical image of a subject is to be formed, and for converting the optical image to an electrical signal; an optical unit disposed nearer to the subject than the imaging device; a piezoelectric element mounted on the optical unit to vibrate the optical unit; and an air stream supply unit for generating an air stream by using a change in a capacity of a predetermined space, the air stream being generated due to vibration of the piezoelectric element to supply the air stream to a surface of the optical unit.
