A direct path that is a path for connecting the first switch circuit and the second circuit is connected to any of the plurality of ports included in the first switch circuit. The first circuit issues a packet addressed to the second circuit. The first switch circuit receives the packet addressed from the first circuit to the second circuit, and outputs the packet from a port connected to the direct path to the second circuit.
