In an intermediate part of the steering member body, multiple ground current connecting members connectable to a vehicle body metal part are provided at intervals in a longitudinal direction (vehicle width direction) of the steering member body. Thereby, a resonance frequency of a wavelength depending on the distance of a magnetic field generated by a current flowing into the steering member body can be changed and adjusted.
