The reception unit includes a correlation unit that determines a correlation between a code used for capturing the satellite signal and the received satellite signal. The data acquisition unit includes an operating unit that decodes the received data. The reception mode control unit includes a clock control unit that separately controls the operating clock of the correlation unit and the process clock of the operating unit according to the reception mode.
