The arrangement includes an intermediate fixing member attached to a fixing frame supporting the proximity object, the intermediate fixing member being adjustable in position in a direction to/from the proximity object, a fixing connecting portion attached to the intermediate fixing member while supporting the proximity mounting member, the fixing connecting portion being adjustable in position in the same direction as above, a regulating portion for regulating a separating distance between the proximity mounting member and the proximity object to a predetermined range, a first fixing portion for fixing the intermediate fixing member in position relative to the fixing frame, and a second fixing portion for fixing the fixing connecting portion in position relative to the intermediate fixing member.
