Embodiments of the present invention provide for downlink and uplink control feedback signaling. In some embodiments, one or more bits indicating a validation of control feedback may be transmitted in a downlink transmission. In some embodiments, a channel quality indicator value and an indication of a length of the channel quality indicator value may be transmitted in an uplink transmission.
