The terminal identifies the location of the terminal by the positioning module in a case of using the data, transmits terminal information including the identified location of the terminal to the management server; and transmits a usage request for the data to the management server. The management server judges whether or not use of the data is to be permitted based on the terminal information, and transmits permit information including usage conditions for the data to the terminal in a case where the use of the data is to be permitted. The terminal selects at least one of the volatile storage area and the nonvolatile storage area based on the usage conditions, and stores the copy of the data therein.
