The first and second conductive coatings are opposite to each other. The first wire is electrically connected to a left edge of the first conductive coating. The second wire is electrically connected to a right edge of the first conductive coating via the first switch element, and is connected to a lower edge of the second conductive coating via the second switch element. The third wire is electrically connected to an upper edge of the second conductive coating. A method of driving the touch panel and a display utilizing the touch panel are also provided.
