At least one of the first and second surfaces has microscopic irregularities over the whole area thereof. The lightguide member is provided with a lightguide layer on a region of the at least one of the first and second surfaces. The lightguide layer defines a lightguide region in the at least one of the first and second surfaces retaining an exposed region as a light-emitting region. The lightguide layer is configured to guide the light received through the light entrance surface toward the light-emitting region.
