An electrode of a TFT circuit which is electrically connected to the third electrode is formed on the substrate in a region different from a region in which the first light-emitting device and the second light-emitting device emit light. In order to prevent the third electrode which extends to the electrode of the TFT circuit from being electrically connected to the second electrode, the second organic compound layer is formed so as to cover an end portion of the second electrode.
