The electric element is mounted on a substrate in a manner where the bottom surface makes contact with the substrate. The anode electrode is connected to a first signal line that has a width substantially equal to that of the electric element disposed on the substrate. The anode electrode is connected to a second signal line that has a width substantially equal to that of the electric element disposed on the substrate.
