The ink-jet method includes recording an images by ejecting, onto a recording medium by an-inkjet method, a liquid composition containing polymer particles having a glass transition temperature (Tg) higher than the minimum film forming temperature (MFT) at least by 5° C., a hydrophilic organic solvent, a surfactant, and water under ejection conditions satisfying all of the following (1) to (3): (1) Tg>the temperature of the liquid composition at the time of ejection>MFT, (2) MFT>20° C., and (3) the temperature of the liquid composition at the time of ejection is 30° C. or higher.
