The first resistor and the second resistor are connected between a drain of an output transistor and an output terminal in series. The power supply terminal is connected to a source of the output transistor. The first capacitor is arranged between the power supply terminal and a connection point of the first resistor and the second resistor. The first diode is connected in parallel with the first capacitor.
