The keel body includes a forefoot portion, a heel portion, and an ankle portion extending therebetween. In addition, the keel comprises a first bumper disposed in a first capture cavity in the ankle portion. The first bumper has a central axis that is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the keel body in top view.
