A cosmetic composition according to the present invention includes a film-forming silicone-containing polyurethane having a viscosity from about 130,000 to about 2,500,000 cps, preferable from about 400,000 to about 2,500,000 cps and most preferably from about 750,000 to about 2,500,000.
