The second conductive patterns are disposed on the second substrate, and extend along a second direction intersecting the first direction. The second electrodes are disposed at the two ends of the second conductive patterns in the second direction. The abovementioned conductive patterns are located between the first substrate and the second substrate, and the projections of the conductive patterns to the first transparent substrate are partially overlapped to form sensing blocks. The spacers are disposed between the first conductive patterns and the second conductive patterns to form a gap.
