The fiber layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and includes a plurality of fibers and a display medium disposed therein. The first electrode layer is disposed adjacent to the first substrate, and the second electrode layer is disposed adjacent to the second substrate. The display medium is driven by the change of electric field between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer to be moved in the fibers for displaying a frame.
