A clamp (31), for fixing the shock absorber system to the vehicle, tensioning means (35, 37, 39), exerting a force which tends to displace the piston (33, 33a), sliding in the stem body (32, 32a), driving the displacement of the rod (7) which results in the opening or closing of a section of an oil passage in the lower chamber (I) towards the upper chamber (S) are also provided.
