The concrete has an internal structure comprising interconnected channels, resulting in a permeability K value of less than about 1×10−5, and as low as about 1. The cellular concrete has a density range of between 10 to about 100 pounds per cubic foot, with a compressive strength of between about 10 to about 1000 psi.
