A second antenna element is made of conductive material, is provided on the first face, and forms a loop surrounding the first antenna element with a gap. A second power feeding portion is made of conductive material. The second power feeding portion is extended from the second antenna element toward the first antenna element and is arranged to form an electromagnetic coupling with the first antenna element. A perturbation element is made of conductive material and is extended from the second antenna element. A length of loop is twice a circumferential length of the first antenna element.
