The first lens group has only two lenses with refractive power from an object side toward an image side in order including a first lens with negative refractive power and a second lens with negative refractive power. The second lens group from an object side toward an image side in order includes an aperture stop, a third lens and a fourth lens. The third lens group includes a fifth lens. The number of the lens with refractive power in the zoom lens assembly is N, which satisfies the condition of 5≦N≦7, and the lens with refractive power in the zoom lens assembly includes at least three aspheric-surface lens.
