More specifically, the present invention includes a multiple blocking matrix circuit 320 which processes signals receiving from sensors having a plurality of different intervals, and an accurate coefficient update control is performed based on the output array-processed signal. Thereby, deterioration of output signals and breathing noises are reduced, and high-quality array processing can be performed.
