Reliable isolation of a defective overvoltage-limiting component and high puncture strength and resistance to creepage are ensured in by a second disconnection point, formed between the first end of the disconnection element and the first connecting element, which interrupts electrically conductive contact between the first end of the disconnection element and the first connecting element when the first disconnection point has opened.
