Adhesive attaches the photoluminescent insert inside of the cavity. A marking device comprises a photoluminescent insert comprising N cast resinous layers, wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to one. A first one of the N cast resinous layers includes photoluminescent particles suspended therein. A fastener includes a first portion cast in the photoluminescent insert and a second portion extending outside of the photoluminescent insert.
