The first clamp unit moves a pressing member with elastic force of an elastic member, and presses the vibration-side processing member to clamp the vibration side processing member, and the release unit is disposed independently of the first clamp unit, and separates the vibration-side processing member pressed under the elastic force of the elastic member.
