A comparison unit compares each acquired keyword with each keyword detected via the morphological analysis. A recording unit records the program if the comparison indicates that any acquired keyword is identical to any keyword detected via the morphological analysis. A registration unit registers the recorded program and information indicating the importance level in a table in association with the keyword.
