The image data processing method also includes classifying the noticed region into one of a plurality of classes based on the motion compensating vector selected by the selecting. In addition, the image data processing method includes constructing a prediction tap of the noticed region based on the motion compensating vector selected by the selecting and learning a prediction coefficient based on the one of the plurality of classes using teacher data corresponding to the constructed prediction tap. The image data processing method additionally includes producing prediction coefficient data for each class, based on the prediction coefficient. The image data processing method further includes storing the prediction coefficient data in a coefficient memory based on a quantization scale and a bit rate.
