A step of evaluating the expression on the basis of the data of the structured document is performed by evaluating the part of the expression on the basis of the item of information for identification of the evaluation mode, the evaluation mode corresponding to (i) an extraction of elements not satisfying the part of the expression, (ii) an extraction of elements satisfying the part of the expression, or (iii) an extraction of elements satisfying the part of the expression and an extraction of elements not satisfying the part of the expression.
