The primary portion connects to a motor and includes a radially magnetic assembly including a number of strips having different magnetic strength. The secondary portion connects to a driven element and includes a coil electrically connecting to a peripheral device. The positioning shaft connects the primary portion and the secondary portion. A current flows in the coil when the coil cuts the magnetic lines of force of the magnetic assembly during rotation of the magnetic assembly.
