There is provided a liquid droplet jetting apparatus which jets liquid droplets on to an object, including a transporting mechanism which transports the object along a transporting path extended in a predetermined transporting direction, two heads, each having a plurality of nozzles arranged in a row along a direction intersecting the transporting direction, which jet liquid droplets from the plurality of nozzles while maintaining relative positions of the two heads, and a head relative-position changer which switches the relative positions of the two heads to a predetermined first relative position, and a second relative position which is different from the first relative position in the direction intersecting.
