The platform is disposed within the interior compartment of the housing. The personal care product is disposed on the platform. The hydraulic mechanism is in operable communication with the platform. The tab is operatively coupled to the hydraulic mechanism. The hydraulic mechanism is configured to exert a force against the platform to advance the platform and the personal care product through the interior compartment of the housing in response to user manipulation of the tab.
