The electrophoretic display apparatus includes a driving substrate, an electrophoretic display panel disposed on the driving substrate, a controller disposed on the driving substrate, and a conductive element. The electrophoretic display panel comprises a peripheral region and a display region, and the display region is positioned between the controller and the peripheral region. The first conductive element is disposed in the peripheral region, and electrically connected the controller and the electrophoretic display panel.
