The first communication module is configured to transmit or receive packets of data in accordance with a first communication standard, and the second communication module is configured to transmit or receive packets of data in accordance with a second communication standard. The wireless network device further includes an arbitration module configured to grant access of each of the first communication module and the second communication module to the antenna so that the first communication module and the second communication module can respectively transmit or receive data packets in accordance with the first communication protocol and the second communication protocol.
