The reaction kit includes: a reaction plate (2) having, on the top surface side thereof, a reaction container (4) for carrying out the reaction of a sample and a reagent container (12) containing a reagent used for the reaction of a sample and sealed with a film (14); a dispensation tip (20) arranged on the top surface side of the reaction plate (2); a cover (24) covering a space above the top surface of the reaction plate (2) and movably supporting the dispensation tip (20) so that a distal end thereof is located inside the space covered with the cover (4) and a proximal end thereof is located outside the space; and a sample container (32) for introducing a sample into the space covered with the cover (24) from the outside through a sealable opening (31) provided in a part of the cover (24).
