The protective elements are adhered to the body during curing of the body's thermosetting binding matrix at a given temperature and pressure. The protective elements can include stainless steel elements and thermosetting elements which can be deformably thermoplastic and non-liquid, and simultaneously thermoset at this same temperature and pressure.
