A detector detects a temperature change. A calculation unit calculates an adjacent channel leakage power ratio of an output signal output from the amplification unit based on detection of the temperature change of the detector. A controller controls gate biases of the first and second amplifiers based on the adjacent channel leakage power ratio calculated by the calculation unit.
