The apparatus is further configured to provide the controller with media oriented negotiation acceleration preferences within that message which are to be advertised by the controller, and to request the controller to send a notification to the apparatus about receipt of the first media oriented negotiation acceleration preference message. The apparatus receives a notification from the controller about receipt of a media oriented negotiation acceleration preference message which firstly came in at the controller.
