The detailed information providing method includes: when a recording operation that records content to the content storage apparatus starts, requesting an information search of a web server based on information on a broadcast currently being recorded and simultaneously extracting broadcast related detailed information from a broadcast signal of the broadcast currently being recorded; and when the recording operation stops, creating a user interface of a recording list based on an Internet-based broadcast related detailed information searched by the web server and the broadcast related detailed information extracted from the broadcast signal.
