In a two-wheeled motor vehicle having a vehicle body frame, a fuel tank disposed at a front upper side of the vehicle body frame, a seat disposed behind the fuel tank and above the vehicle body frame, an engine suspended between the lower side of the fuel tank and the lower side of the vehicle body frame, an air cleaner case, a plate-like element disposed in the air cleaner case, and a maintenance lid used when the plate-like element is mounted/dismounted, the air cleaner case is disposed below the fuel tank, the plate-like element is disposed to be tilted rearward and upward in side view of the vehicle, and the maintenance lid is provided below the seat so as to face the seat.
