The first strip of the first metal strip and the third metal strip define a first overlap area in the direction vertical to the substrate. The first overlap area has a first capacitor characteristic. The second metal strip and the third metal strip define a second overlap area in the direction vertical to the substrate. The second overlap area has a second capacitor characteristic.
