The first charge transport layer is common to the first and second organic electroluminescent elements. The second charge transport layer of the first organic electroluminescent element is different in thickness from the second charge transport layer of the second organic electroluminescent element. The concentration of a dopant material contained in the first charge transport layer is less than that of the second charge transport layer.
