The present invention provides a passenger airbag system that can prevent the airbag cushion from pressing the head of an occupant in a child restraint system mounted on the passenger seat.A passenger airbag system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an airbag cushion inflated by gas flowing inside and including a head contact portion that contacts the head of an occupant in a child restraint system mounted on the passenger seat; a strap connected to the head contact portion; and a tether connected to the airbag cushion and pulling the strap such that the head contact portion is depressed, when the airbag cushion inflates.
